best use of iphone 4’s facetime feature – ever

the porn industry is an enterprising bunch of souls. its not hard to picture one of the industry’s execs watching the iphone ad on tv and having the proverbial lightbulb come on, followed by dollar signs in their eyes – after having seen the facetime feature in full effect.

hey apple – havent you figured it out yet? sex sells. and it may just be the thing to further boost sales of the flawed phone. though, it would suck if you were in the middle of a session, and you happened to hold the phone the wrong way, covering up the antenna… and getting blue balls ‘cos you got cut off. lolz.

With more than 3 million of the phones already sold, the adult industry stands to make big money on this new way to reach out and touch someone – even if it puts Apple, which has always taken pains to keep its iPhone apps squeaky clean, in an awkward spot.

once again, my sister, fond of email forwards as she is, actually passed along some good info that can come in handy in the event you don’t have… a corkscrew!

through the miracle of internal pressure – banging a wine bottle against a hard surface will actually pop the cork out of it… check it out:

No. it’s not what i wanted…

as much as i despise cats, this one is actually kinda cool. i never thought a graphic designer could be an asshole to boot. lolz…

I am not a big fan of cats. I do not hate them, I just have no interest in them whatsoever. If I visit your house, I do not want to pat your cat, sit on the couch where it has been or have you make me a sandwich after patting it. I didn’t want that sandwich anyway. The Maxwell house coffee was bad enough and when you smelt the milk to see if it was still ok, despite being a week past its use by date, I saw your nose touch the carton.

LOST… and out of context

before it turned into a big mess and the writers strike/series hiatus took place, LOST was a like a religion to me. id watch it each and every week, trying to figure out wtf would happen next or what plot twist would cause me to spend countless hours in online forums looking for the answers. now that the series is over, theres lots of questions still unanswered but mainly because LOST became just that – lost.

after the series started up again, it just wasnt the same. IMO, the writers smoked a bit too much weed and incorporated so many events for each character, that it made my head hurt every week a new episode aired.

that said… here’s some clips a la kimmel that puts a new spin on what really happened on (and off) the island:

SMART… car?

since its introduction, the SMART car has been getting a lot of attention. and not necessarily because it’s innovative, or even because it’s fuel efficient. it gets the attention it does, because of its diminutive size. seriously, this fucker is so small, you can park 4 of these things in a typical 2 car garage and still have room to store other shit in there.

that said, even the aftermarket, and the utterly bored are going after these things and turning them into little monsters… like this:

all it’s missing is a gun turret on the roof. otherwise, it’s ready for freeway combat. i dont know about you, but i wouldnt be able to take this thing seriously if it ever came at me. it’s like a DOT-approved clown car. er, tank.
